Clinical Psychologist, Director

MACPA, EMDRAA Full Member

Dr Phoebe Lau is a warm, calm, and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who works with adults and adolescents. She has worked in the mental health field for the past decade in counselling, research, and clinical psychology. From her experience, she has developed a passion for the treatment of trauma, women's wellbeing and mental health issues, and women's leadership. Phoebe believes that to change our social context, we must start at the grass-roots - working on ourselves.

She is a strong mental health advocate who believes that clinical psychology doesn't have to feel "clinical". Instead, she values mental health, just like physical health, as part of one's overall wellbeing that enables a full and meaningful life. Who wouldn't want that?
