Clinical Psychologist


Mei is a Clinical Psychologist with a gentle and collaborative approach to therapy. She believes in a holistic approach to mental health and aims to tailor her sessions to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Mei has worked in research and clinical psychology settings, with experience supporting adults facing a range of challenges. This has included anxiety and mood issues, trauma, relationship difficulties, insomnia, coping with life stressors, chronic pain, and adjustment to physical health issues. Mei enjoys empowering her clients with the skills to improve their mental wellbeing and navigate the challenges they are facing.

Mei’s practice is drawn primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also draws from other evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
