Practical, evidence-based workshops designed for the ADHD mind
What to expect

These workshops came directly out of conversations with our clients and ADHD group program participants.
We asked what they most wanted to understand about their ADHD, and the same themes kept coming up: the emotional weight of rejection, the paralysis of perfectionism and procrastination, and the mystery of motivation that seems to disappear exactly when you need it most.
Each workshop runs for two hours and is delivered by a clinical psychologist with specialist experience in ADHD support. The content is grounded in current research and designed to be genuinely useful, accessible without being oversimplified, and relevant to adult ADHDers navigating real life.
Whether you are already working with an ADHD therapist in Melbourne, exploring your options, or simply looking to understand your brain better, these workshops offer a practical entry point.
They sit alongside our eight-week ADHD Group Therapy program and our ADHD workbooks as part of a broader suite of resources designed to meet you wherever you are.

Looking for more in-depth support?
Our workshops are designed to be accessible and self-contained, but they are one part of a broader range of ADHD support available at The Inner Collective. If you are looking for something more ongoing, we also offer:
