The Inner Collective is a Melbourne CBD-based Psychology practice offering in-person and online consultations via tele-health.

Dr Phoebe is a warm, calm and compassionate clinical psychologist working with adults. She has spent more than a decade in counselling, research, and clinical psychology - but without the clinical ‘feel’.
Phoebe believes mental health, along with physical health, is central to wellbeing for a full and meaningful life. She has a passion for women's wellbeing and mental health issues, and women's leadership. Phoebe wholeheartedly believes that to change our social context, we must start at the grass-roots - working on ourselves.

Clinical Psychologist
Jeretine is a gentle, warm and compassionate clinical psychologist who uses evidence-based and holistic approaches to therapy.
Jeretine has experience supporting adolescents and adults with difficulties, including depression, anxiety, sleep and stress management, grief and loss, relationship concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, perfectionism and self-esteem.
She is passionate about empowering and supporting women towards living fulfilling lives that are also values-driven.

Psychologist, Clinical Psychology Registrar
Neetha is a warm and compassionate clinical psychology registrar who has worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, and across the lifespan.
Neetha has provided effective psychological support for a variety of presentations including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, severe mental health presentations as well as other issues such as self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties and personal growth. She enjoys working with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds addressing issues such as personal identity and cultural acceptance.
Neetha uses a person-centered, recovery-oriented approach to empower her clients with the skills and strategies needed to effectively manage challenges in their lives and reach their full potential.

Mei has a gentle and collaborative approach to therapy and believes in a holistic approach to mental health. She has experience supporting adults facing challenges including anxiety and mood issues, trauma, relationship difficulties, insomnia, coping with life stressors, chronic pain, and adjustment to physical health issues.
Mei tailors each session to her clients needs and goals, aiming to empower them to navigate challenges and improve their mental wellbeing.

Madelyn has experience across the lifespan with people of diverse cultural backgrounds, and gender and sexual diversity in both public and private mental health systems. She has experience with a range of challenges including anxiety and perfectionism, mood dysregulation, relationship difficulties, stress management, attachment & trauma, and adjustment to life stressors.

Clinical Psychologist
Joel is a good-humoured and responsive Clinical Psychologist of Chinese Malaysian descent, who cares deeply about the work he does. He has a lively and collaborative therapeutic style, and his clinical work is guided by values of compassion, thoughtfulness, curiosity, and authenticity.
Joel sees the world through a multicultural lens and works hard to create a safe space in therapy where people feel heard and accepted.
Joel has also worked in physical health with people experiencing psychological distress as a result of having cancer or inflammatory bowel disease. Joel has particular interests in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, job dissatisfaction, and ADHD.
Joel is passionate about Asian representation in leadership and working with people of colour.
