The Inner Collective ADHD Workbook Series

Clinically grounded workbooks for ADHD adults who want to understand how their brain works, not just manage it better.

This series was developed by a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working with ADHD adults.

Each workbook covers one of the areas that comes up most consistently in that clinical work: perfectionism, time management, task paralysis, and neurodivergent burnout.

They are written from a neuroaffirming perspective, grounded in current understanding of ADHD in adults, and designed
to be genuinely useful rather than generically encouraging.

The workbooks are available as a complete series or individually.

About this series

These workbooks were created by Dr Phoebe Lau, a clinical psychologist based in Melbourne and the director of The Inner Collective Clinical Psychology.

They grew out of conversations in the therapy room with adults who had tried every system and still felt stuck, not because they were not trying, but because most resources are not written with an ADHD brain in mind.

Each workbook is neuroaffirming, which means ADHD is treated here as a different way of experiencing the world rather than a deficit to be corrected.

The psychoeducation reflects current clinical understanding.

The exercises are designed to meet you where you are.

Disclaimer: These workbooks are educational resources and are not a substitute for professional psychological support.

Looking for more personalised support?

These workbooks work well as a standalone resource and also complement therapy for those already working with a psychologist.

If you are looking for an ADHD therapist or Melbourne psychologist with a neuroaffirming approach, The Inner Collective offers individual therapy and ADHD group programs for adults.

We provide ADHD support in Melbourne that is clinically grounded, trauma-informed, and built around how your brain actually works.
